Mama Appleseed hears this all the time as Incy loves the catchy phrase. Incy also loves eating gingerbread men and I’m sure it’s in no small part due to the story 🤓😁
We’re working our way through the classics but they are being slightly verbally edited (we’ve read 3 versions of this book and only one had a happy ending for the Gingerbread Man 😅 The other versions were read in such a way that pages were quickly skipped over and the fox didnt have a ginger-tasting meal at the end! Incy being 2 years old is the reason for this.
