Cinderella is a classic fairytale. There are so many versions available. Pick one that suits your child’s age. Here’s the Incy summary:
Cinderella was a young girl who lived with her stepmother and stepsisters. They were mean to her and made her clean a lot. There was a special party called a Ball and the stepsisters got pretty dresses and went to the party with the stepmother. Cinderella wasn’t allowed to go and they said it was because she had nothing to wear. Then a fairy godmother came along and gave her a pretty dress and glass shoes.
She turned a pumpkin into a carriage and mice into footmen to hold the door open and drive the carriage.
She went to the ball and danced with the prince. When the clock struck midnight she ran out of the party and lost her shoe. The prince found her and they got married.
Incy extended the story beyond Happily Ever After and wrote about Cinderella and the Prince having a child, called Tommy!
