Amazing news! In the first poetry competition that she has ever entered, Incy has been awarded a Commended prize.
The competition was run through the Poetry Society. Incy is the youngest of the seven winners, aged just 5, with the rest of the winners aged between 14-24. Her prizes include posters, poetry books and a lovely Young Poets notebook.
This experience has been a huge confidence boost for Incy who has been writing lots of poetry since.
