The book is about 10 adorable ducks who hesitantly try to jump into a paddling pool. Each page features more ducks, culminating in both a gigantic splash and the number 10. The illustrations are wonderful and the book helps children to count. Printed in a hard-wearing board book format, this book is ideal for those children who are meeting books for the first time.
The author David Melling is better known for his series Hugless Dougless, which has become hugely popular.
